BrighterLifeCare provides short breaks for children and young adults with a range of disabilities and terminal illness in the Solihull, Coventry and Warwickshire areas. We enable access to facilities and opportunity in the local community in which young people share and interest or which will enhance their learning and development, providing the necessary support and guidance to do so.

Our mission.

BrighterLifeCare aim to; considerably enhance the standard of living amongst children and young adults living with a range of disabilities. With utmost consideration and sensitivity to complete care and satisfaction, we will fulfil the needs and interests of every client, treating them all as individuals. Bringing positive and inspirational life opportunities, BrighterLifeCare will deliver improved, exceptional prospects to the lives of those who need them most.

Rebecca Deeley – Care Manager

Rebecca has worked in the care sector for around several years now and has worked with children in various settings in years previous to this. After gaining funding from the Prince’s Trust, Rebecca decided to launch BrighterLifeCare with the aim to enhance the live opportunities of young people living with disabilities.

She is currently completing an Early Childhood Studies degree (part-time) at Warwick University, along with a Teaching Assistant Level 3 qualification with Cambridge Open College and an Open Certificate in Psychology.

A fully trained first aider, Rebecca is also trained in Safeguarding both vulnerable children and adults, Food Safety and Hygiene, Infection Control, Management of Medicines, Nutrition and Hydration, Mental Capacity, Sustainability and Outcomes and Equality and Diversity.

Sophie Deeley - Sessional Care Worker

Sophie has substantial experience in working and communicating with children, mainly in the early years but also young adults. She too is completing an Early Childhood Studies degree (full-time) at Warwick University and is a fully trained first aider.

She is fully trained under the Common Induction Standards with extensive training taken into Safeguarding vulnerable children.

Julie Dann - Sessional Care Worker

Julie is a very experienced and professional Care Worker. She portrays a positive and passionate outlook towards her work.

She has completed training in many aspects of care, some examples include, Working with Vulnerable Adults , Hoist Training, Alcohol Abuse, Personal Stress Management, Risk Assessment Management, a Diploma in Counselling Skills.
